All our dresses are custom made to the brides measurments. Here is our return policy:

If you buy from our website: 

If you are unsatisfied with the dress you receive, we have a return policy. The dress must be returned to us within 7 days of the date of arrival for a 50% refund. (A 50% restocking fee must be charged to cover our expenses in designing, creating and making the dress.) The dress must be returned in same perfect, unused condition as it was shipped to you. Item must not have been worn, altered, dirtied or damaged in any way or you may be liable for 100% of the dress.   The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Rush order fee is NON- refundable.

If we are doing a custom design:

These dresses will require a deposit ( 50% as a deposit) to be paid before being made.  If you are unsatisfied with with the dress we can refund the price of the dress minus the deposit. (you will be refunded 50% the cost of the dress)

Understand that for us to make any dress takes a significant amount of time and labor. If we are making a dress specifically for you and your measurements and you return the dress it may take us a significant amount of time and effort to resell this dress or we might not be able to recover our cost. Hence we must charge a deposit and/or a restocking fee.

All deposits are NON- refundable if you’ve changed your mind after 24 hours.

If we begin making a dress for you and the wedding is called off, or you find another dress, your deposit is NON- refundable.
